i wouldn’t have put this picture up – quality needs fixing. But I didn’t know if we had solved the problem of connecting my phone to my site. I had spent hours with my savvy friend on line trying to figure out what to do before both of us were exhausted, and I was running out of money. Then, a moment after we broke off communications, a eureka moment came to me, and I found the link that might put them together. And now, that I have finished my exercise class, changed the sheets, prepared lunch, I went to the file that was impossible to find, and clicked on the link.

this after years of being unable to explain what is wrong to all the help sessions on all the servers, the hosts, etc. etc.
