Family family family - old secrets exposed, new secrets being made... My family seems to think that whatever family does, it remains family, so we somehow stay somewhat together. I like that. I would have liked to bring the entire family together but finances limit intimacy. Nevertheless there is also a limit to intimacy - and i am chomping at the bit to have a few days of civilization. Something other than shopping for which i don't seem to be in the proper mood. Even the Mazinke Dance which is the dance of the parents at getting rid of the youngest daughter. (i think it's a new-tradition that comes from comedies but so what.)
At least some of the new traditions are good for us. Like this one: earthquake proof school desks.
